RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds – We strive to offer you the highest quality possible; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we would be happy to accept your return and provide a full refund for your purchase.
Ô-Médina allows you to return your products up to 14 days after receipt. The returned product must include all parts, including instructions and packaging.
Request your return authorization number by emailing contact@omedina.com with the detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product supporting your reason. After approval, you will receive the return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.
To ensure your refund, please use a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon receiving your package, your products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent by email to the address you used for your initial purchase.
Products can be returned up to 14 days after the delivery date.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please note that we process returns and refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means the funds immediately leave our account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before the refund appears in your account. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to reflect the refund on the card. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
What is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at contact@omedina.com.
Standard Shipping:
We deliver within Europe and internationally, with various carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS.
Standard delivery to the UK can take up to 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that an additional 48 business hours are required for order processing before shipping.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their orders or missed package deliveries).
Can you provide me with a tracking number?All tracking numbers will be sent by email to the customer as soon as tracking information becomes available. With your tracking number, you can check the status of your package in the “Track Order” section.
I entered an incorrect delivery address, can I change it?
If this happens, please email us as soon as possible, and we may be able to assist. However, we cannot guarantee it, as all items are typically processed immediately after your order and shipped the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to prevent the product from being delivered.
We cannot be held responsible if you have entered an incomplete and/or incorrect delivery address. Our system automatically processes orders and only follows what you have provided.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Invalid Reasons:
The buyer no longer wants the items – This is the most common reason we cannot accommodate if we wish to continue offering great value at Ô-Médina. The buyer should ensure they wish to purchase the items before placing an order, not after. Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
The buyer found cheaper items elsewhere – The buyer should be sure they are willing to pay the listed prices before placing an order. Once the order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in the order.
