SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS
Shipping and Delivery: Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for transport is transferred to the carrier you selected. From that point on, we can no longer intervene in tracking or resolving shipping and delivery issues, but in the case of a lost package, we are here to help you locate it.
Shipments are sent to the address you provided at the time of your order. All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours before shipping. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on its way.

ORDER TRACKING AND CONSOLIDATION
A tracking link will be sent to you so you can monitor your package’s shipping and delivery online. To optimize your shipping costs, we recommend grouping your items in a single order. It is not possible to merge separately placed orders, as each one incurs distinct shipping fees. While we take care to properly package fragile items, shipping is at your own risk.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product. You can choose between an exchange or a store credit valid on our online shop. Incomplete or damaged products will not be accepted (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@o-medina.com or use our contact form.
In the case of an order error, you have two options: a refund or an exchange. If the error is on our part, Ô Médina will cover the shipping costs. If the error is due to the client, these costs will remain the client’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the order.
